Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 tsp Maraschino Liqueur

2 (Chunk) Pineapple

3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

Harlem Cocktail Directions

Shake gin, pineapple juice, and maraschino liqueur with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with pineapple chunks and serve.

Harlee’s Planters Punch Recipe

1 oz Vodka

2 oz Dark Rum

1 oz Light Rum

2 oz Orange Juice

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Grenadine

Harlee’s Planters Punch Directions

Measure light and dark rum into a glass. Add the juices and grenadine, shake well, then top with 151 rum. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
