Ingredients
1/2 oz White Rum
1 oz White Creme de Cacao
1 oz Sweet Sherry
1 tbsp (Chunk) Pineapple
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Mach 6 Directions
Blend ingredients in a highball glass until smooth. Add three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry, and serve with straws.

Combine ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Add gin and midori to a shaker with ice, and fill with equal parts of grape juice and club soda. Shake and strain over ice in a hurricane glass.

Shake the rums, triple sec and egg white together in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Pour the vodka, chocolate liqueur and amaretto into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of orange, and serve.
