Hillbilly Bob’s Mountain Drink Recipe

Ingredients

2 cl Coffee Liqueur

1 cl Bourbon

2 cl Irish Cream

2 cl Creme de Cacao

10 cl Milk

2 dashes Coca-Cola

Hillbilly Bob’s Mountain Drink Directions

Shake all ingredients except coke. Pour over ice and top with coke for an extra creamy head. Serve with a straw on a sunny day.

Hillary Wallbanger Recipe

1/2 oz Galliano

4 oz White Wine

2 oz Orange Juice

Hillary Wallbanger Directions

Pour the white wine and orange juice into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, float the galliano on top, and serve.

Hilgert Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 oz Gin

1/2 tsp Maraschino Liqueur

1 oz Dry Vermouth

1 dash Bitters

1 tsp Grapefruit Juice

Hilgert Cocktail Directions

Pour vermouth, gin, maraschino, grapefruit juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Hilde’s Special Recipe

4 cl Midori Melon Liqueur

2 cl Vodka

101 cl Sweet and Sour Mix

Hilde’s Special Directions

Fill a blender with ice, pour in the ingredients and blend it all together. Pour into a hurricane glass with a piece of orange on the glass.

Highlander Recipe

1 oz Vodka

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Light Rum

1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Melon Liqueur

1 oz Whiskey

1/2 oz Raspberry Schnapps

1 oz Cranberry Juice

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Highlander Directions

Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice. Garnish with a flag.

Serve Highlander in a Collins Glass

Highland Sling Recipe

2 oz Scotch Whisky

1 oz Lemon Juice

2 tsp Water

1 tsp Superfine Sugar

1 twist Lemon Peel

Highland Sling Directions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and scotch. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
