Fridays Frozen Mudslide Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka

1 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1 1/2 oz Irish Cream

8 cubes Ice

1 1/2 oz Cream

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

Begin by crushing the 8 ice cubes in a blender. When ice is finely crushed, add the remaining ingredients and blend for 45 seconds on blender’s highest setting. Pour into glass and serve immediately.

Friday Freeze Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Vodka

1/4 cup Rum

1 cup Orange Juice

4 scoops Orange Sherbet

Friday Freeze Directions

Blend all ingredents in blender at highest speed. Consistancy of the mix should be “semi – thick:” not so thick that a spoon would stand by itself in the mix, but not as thin as juice. If the mix is too thin, add sherbet, if too thick , add equal amount of juice and alcohol. Pour into glass and place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Friday Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 oz White Rum

1/4 oz Lime Juice

1/4 oz Mango

3/4 oz Mango Syrup

Friday Directions

Prepare mango fruit with rum and syrup in a blender with crushed ice. Strain into a large highball glass, and fill with crushed ice. Squeeze in a lime wedge, and serve.

Friar’s Luck Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

1 oz Dark Rum

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 slice Orange

1 tsp Grenadine

Friar’s Luck Directions

Mix the dark rum, juice, grenadine and frangelico in a shaker with cracked ice. Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Friar Tuck Recipe

1 part Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

1 part Dark Creme de Cacao

2 parts Cream

Shake and pour into a v-shape, and garnish with cinnamon.

Fretful Martini Recipe

1/2 oz Blue Curacao

3 oz Gin

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Fretful Martini Directions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and serve.
