Monet Carribean Frost Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 shots Coconut Rum

1/2 shot Dark Rum

1 splash Cola

3/4 shot Vanilla Syrup

(Fill to Top) Orange Juice

Monet Carribean Frost Directions

Add rums and vanilla to an ice-filled brandy snifter. Add a splash of cola and fill with orange juice. Pour mixture into blender and half blend so it isn’t too thick. Pour back into a brandy snifter and serve.

Monastery Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Benedictine

1/4 tsp Sugar

4 oz (hot) Coffee

2 oz Heavy Cream

Monastery Cocktail Directions

Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Add the sugar; stir to dissolve. Add the benedictine and stir again. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon to float on top, and serve.

Mona Cocktail Recipe

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Bourbon

1 oz Rum

1 dash Lime Juice

1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Mona Cocktail Directions

Pour the vodka, bourbon whiskey, rum, sweet and sour mix, and Rose’s lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

5 cl Water

Combine all ingredients (except gin) in a blender. Strain into seperate cocktail glasses, stir in the gin, and serve.

Molokai Mike Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Brandy

1/2 oz Dark Rum

1 oz White Rum

1 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Almond Syrup

1 oz Orange Juice

1/3 oz Grenadine

Molokai Mike Directions

1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix.

Serve Molokai Mike in a Beer Mug
