Knockout Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp Creme de Menthe

1/2 oz Anis

3/4 oz Gin

3/4 oz Dry Vermouth

1 tsp Cherry

Knockout Cocktail Directions

Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.

Serve Knockout Cocktail in a Cocktail Glass

Knickerbocker Special Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Triple Sec

2 oz White Rum

1 tsp Lime Juice

1 tsp Raspberry Syrup

1 tsp Orange Juice

Knickerbocker Special Directions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a small slice of pineapple, and serve.

Knickerbocker Martini Recipe

2 oz Gin

1 dash Orange Curacao

1 oz Dry Vermouth

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Knickerbocker Martini Directions

Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

1 twist Lemon Peel

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Knickerbein Cocktail Recipe

3/4 oz Cognac

3/4 oz Orange Curacao

3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur

1 oz Egg

Knickerbein Cocktail Directions

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake extremely well. Serve in a frosted glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg and orange zest.

(Fill to Top) Iced Tea

50 cl Peach Juice
