Patel’s Special Recipe

Ingredients

1 shot Citrus Vodka

2 shots Peach Schnapps

2 squirts Lemon Juice

3 parts Cranberry Juice

1 part Pineapple Juice

Patel’s Special Directions

Pour shots into a cocktail glass. Add cranberry and pineapple juice, two squirts of lemon and fill the rest of the glass with ice.

Serve Patel’s Special in a Cocktail Glass

Patatús Recipe

1/2 jigger Amaretto

2 jiggers Gold Rum

1/2 jigger Curacao

6 oz Orange Juice

1 splash Grenadine

Patatús Directions

Blend amaretto, rum and curacao. Pour into a glass with ice, add orange juice, and splash with grenadine.

Serve Patatús in a Old-Fashioned Glass

Passionate Strap Recipe

1/2 oz Galliano

1 oz Strawberry Liqueur

2/3 oz Sambuca

2 oz Pineapple Juice

(Fill With) Strawberries

Passionate Strap Directions

Combine all ingredients together with crushed ice in a blender, and blend well. Pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with an open strawberry pressed onto the edge of the glass, and serve.
