Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

1/8 oz Green Chartreuse

1 twist Lemon Peel

Emerald Martini Directions

Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top.
