Elk’s Own Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey

3/4 oz Port

1 slice Pineapple

1/4 (Juice of) Lemon

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

1 Egg White

Elk’s Own Cocktail Directions

Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.

Eliminator Recipe

1 1/2 oz Tequila

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

1 tsp Ice

6 oz Orange Soda

Eliminator Directions

Mix all ingredients in a tall glass. Add more orange soda if it is unpalitable.

Serve Eliminator in a Beer Mug

Electric Screwdriver Recipe

1 shot Southern Comfort

2 shots Amaretto

1 glass Orange Juice

Electric Screwdriver Directions

Pour the shots into a highball glass, fill with orange juice (to taste), and serve.

Elf Tea Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Peppermint Liqueur

1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice

1 tsp Sugar

3 oz Iced Tea

Elf Tea Directions

Pour the peppermint liqueur and iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and sweeten to taste. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the top, and serve.

Serve Elf Tea in a Beer Mug

Elephant Shake Recipe

2 shots Cream Liqueur

4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup Milk

Elephant Shake Directions

Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.

Elephant Man Recipe

1 oz Vodka

1/3 oz Tequila

1/3 oz Bourbon

Elephant Man Directions

Pour the Jack Daniel’s tennessee whiskey, tequila, and Bacardi 151 rum into a shot glass in that order. Ignite the 151 rum (use extreme caution), add a straw, and shoot.
